Sea Moss Gel Smoothie Recipe -


  • 1 tablespoon of sea moss gel
  • 1 cup of coconut water (you can swap out for another milk, or water)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup of mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional...)
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon 


  1. In a blender, combine the sea moss gel, coconut water, banana, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, and chia seeds.
  2. Optionally, add honey or agave syrup for sweetness and lime or lemon juice for extra freshness.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed by adding more honey/agave syrup or lime/lemon juice.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
