Sea Moss Gel Recipes - Tropical Smoothie!


  • 1 tablespoon of sea moss gel
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of chopped mango
  • 1/2 cup of spinach leaves (optional, for extra nutrition)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt or a dairy-free alternative for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)


  1. Combine the Ingredients: In a blender, add the sea moss gel, banana, pineapple, mango, spinach, coconut water or almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup if desired.

  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If you want a thicker consistency, you can add more banana or ice cubes. If it's too thick, you can add more coconut water or almond milk.
  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or consistency according to your preference. You can add more honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter, or more coconut water/almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

  4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of chia seeds for added flair.
